Pentagon flashlights

Okay so a year or so ago I bought a Pentagon flashlight (unsure what model since I dont have it with me) but the tail cap switch quit working. The surefire tape switch still works but since I dont have it mounted on a weapon now I dont need to use that. I was curious if there was someplace that sold replacement switches since they are out of business now, or a replacement from surefire since thats why they were forced out of business. Ill post tge model when I get home from work. Thanks
