Looks like the rumored "Aurora project" that they've supposedly been tossing around for years. Someone doesn't have their facts straight if the article says "hypersonic" with Mach 5 and the picture says it can reach Mach 22 which is "high-hypersonic".

The HTV-2, which was tested and failed over the summer, was expected to reach appx 17,000 mph, or mach 22. They haven't released info on the velocity achieved by the HTV/AHW test just yet.

Also, is anyone else bothered that the best stories on this project are being related by sources outside the US? That bugs me.

I'm sure it generates a pucker factor everywhere in the world. If this project is successful, it pretty much eliminates the need for forward air bases and strategic bombers.

Why is it we can always come with new ways to kill, but we can't find a cure for ANYTHING ?:xmad:

OK....YOU ASKED..... It's because today's medical community and Big Pharma can't survive if they cure disease. Treating symptoms equals great wealth.

The days of "Do no harm" have been supplanted with "Maximize Profits" at any expense. Namely the expense of prolonged pain and suffering! Rat bastards don't think of anyone but themselves and their stock holders.

Google: "Low Dose Naltrexone", for yourself and those you love.

Ah, thanks. I guess I didn't see the difference between the two. Oops :n00b:.

Yep, that's us. Rat bastards. We LOVE it watching these chronically ill people come in suffering. Dolla' bills rainin' from the sky I tells ya.

I know we're not supposed to do personal attacks here, so I won't :ar15:

Do you work for a hospital corporation Doc? If you do and the majority of GP's and specialists do, then you know that your legal department won't let you off label prescribe. Plenty of off label applications for non patent protected drugs out there at much cheaper costs to the patient, the insurance company and the government.

One years ineffective treatment for Multiple Sclerosis with current meds costs $38000.00 with horrendous side effects. One year of Low Dose Naltrexone costs $300.00 to halt progression with little to no side effects.

Ever even hear of it? Did you know the incurable condition of Crohn's is put into remission in 67% of patients in Phase III double blind Placebo clinical trials with LDN? Call Penn State.

Did you know that 40% of patients HIV/AIDS positive see a viral load reduction greater than present antiviral cocktails? Google the Mali Low Dose Naltrexone HIV/AIDS double blind placebo clinical trials just published.

Ever even hear about LDN? Probably not because your Pharma Reps don't tell you about it and carrying their water is tantamount in your practice.

I know I'm going to regret this but...

How does an opioid antagonist lower HIV viral load? How does it slow the progression of MS?
