    Awesome collection! :) never seen that light of wood on a mosin!
    The light one is "Lyudmilla," my 38 Tula 91/30. I didn't intend for her to be so light in finish.

    I messed up when I used some harsh Winchester solvent on her metal parts to remove the cosmoline and the finish on the stock started melting off. I wasn't happy about messing up the original finish, but I had to keep wiping to make it look right.

    The result was a natural, significantly lightened bare wood finish that I really like now.
