Hardly. Holding the gun over your head so you can look under it keeps you from tripping on anything and communicates the seriousness of your threat. Holstering on the other hand...

I would buy it....just for the reaction when you open the case around shooting friends. Maybe not for $250 but its worth $100 in laughs.
