Can those shooting pin-heads with .22LR tell a performance difference between round-nose and hollow-points?

Not really; I just run CCI mini mags (non-hollow point) because the function 100% in my gun. I think it's far more of an advantageous that your gun runs 100%. I've done some hollow point testing on pins (9mm, 45 acp), and many hollow points simply plug with wood and don't expand much in pins. With .22 LR, I would think that effect would be even more pronounced.
