Just north of Ft Wayne, in Huntertown , is one of the top 10 pinball arcades in the country. Over 144 machines out on the floor at anyone time. Machines range from the 50's to newest production models. A great variety of games.
Safe enough to let my 9 year roam away out of my eyesight. Not very dark, not very noisy, very family friendly.
We , our family, go there couple times a month, it's cheap safe entertainment. Even the 9 year old is just as competitive as I am.
Come on out and have a go at it, it is as much fun as you remember

Reminds me of the huge arcade on the far East side of Indy at Washington & Post back in the late '70's, called The Barn (so named because it was inside what had once been a barn).

May have to make a road trip up North...

I am gonna have to get there. That was my favorite pass time as a young boy of 16. A pack of cigarettes and a roll of quarters and I was happy as could be.
Lol...5 balls a game 2 games a quarter and if you were good free plays all day.
I'm sure prices have changed though.

There's a similar place in Terre Haute called Bank of Pinball.
They have 40ish machines, mostly newer/digital. Family member got me a gift card. Hadn't played pinball in years. It was a pretty good time, even though I had no idea what was going on on most of the games I played.

Floyd's, on US 24 just South of the IN 114 junction. It's one price for all you want to play. Mixture of Vintage and Newer Games. If you are in Eastern North Carolina, Appalachian Pinball Museum. Locations in Ashville and Henderson N.C. One price for all Day.
Pat, thanks for the lead....can't wait to check them out!
