This class continues where the PB I class leaves off. Entirely on the range (no classroom time :):), we will explore the draw stroke, snapping the eyes to target, reloading, multiple target presentations and much more. Shooters will need eye and ear protection, pistol, several magazines, holster that covers the trigger and allows one handed reholstering, magazine carrier, aproximately 250rounds (many have shot this with less ammo, some with LOTS more) and a desire to be a better shooter.

This class leads well into our more advanced classes like the Defensive Pistol Series and is a great tune up to get ready for this coming shooting season.

(Just so people know, this is Easter weekend. Discuss with a spouse before signing up for the class if applicable)

    You're welcome!

Now - could you discuss it with my spouse so I can attend?

I'd be happy to do so!

Why don't you get her to come as well? And if necessary, she can do the Basics I the week before?

That family that shoots together . . . shoots together!

Did you add the last part after I responded??!!! Hah! I would only do that in front of you, never behind your back.

You should be more worried about him hitting on YOU

Your wishes won't make it true, sir!

Yeah. He did squeeze on the inside of my thigh at the low-light class...

    At least I asked first!

Question. Do you have to have taken BP1 with you all, or is there a test you give to pass to move on to BP2?

If you are familiar with your pistol, AT LEAST the four rules of firearm safety, range etiquette and can consistently hit a 9" circle at 7m, then you should be ok for PB II. There is, however, a lot of information you will miss in PB I.
