Pistol brace length before considered SBR

I just purchased a Kriss Vector SDP in 10mm with the folding brace adapter. What is the legal brace length in its furthest position from the trigger to the end of the brace, before it’s considered an SBR? Also, what is the OAL requirements from end of barrel to end of brace?
