    A bit before Christmas I bought a Plano gun case from Meijer's for the .22 I was going to give my son for Christmas. Come January when we were going to shoot it, I realized that one of the plastic clasps was missing, so you could only close 3 of the 4.

    I e-mailed Plano, they e-mailed me a short form asking what model number, etc, I e-mailed it back. About 5 days later I got a padded envelope from them with 6 clasps! No charge, no question about a receipt, etc. Very quick and straight forward to deal with.
