I've only put around 100 rounds through it.

But I'm going to compete with it tomorrow.

    Great gun

whoa, you did a great job ... do you do it for a living

Thank you. I love doing this stuff.

Well, it is at this point a side business. Although some weeks it feels like my main job. LOL I mostly build custom 1911s/2011s. But I do some M&Ps too.

Do you own a CNC machine? What machine do you use?

Can you just drill the holes , but leave the slide totally black?
(I know the inside of the holes will be shiny)

Would you consider doing my slide?

    What would you charge?

I use a vertical mill for those cuts. I can just do the cuts and leave the sides alone. I just removed the roll marks and cut an extra .025 off of both sides on this one. PM me an email address and I'll shoot you my info. I can't return PMs as my post count is not high enough yet.

Well i broke down and finaly bought a glock. A G17 gen 3. heard to many issues with gen4 and just to save some time IF i ran into any problems i went with Gen3. and after 95 days of waiting for the bloody thing it finally arrived. $408.10 for the whole thing and shipping. I in advance bought 2 spare glock 17rd mags, 1 glock 33rd mag, and 2 Korean 33rd mags. I took it out the day after i got it. put 17rds of 115gr blazer brass 9mm ammo fired flawless, accuracy gives abit to be aspired at 35ft. i will tweak with it. i loaded a Korean mag and knocked 33rds of the same ammo no problem, same with the glock 33rd mag. On the last 33rd Korean mag i hit a stove pipe. I hear stories of guys shooting 2000+ rds before a jam. I can mark it up to either the gun or the Korean mag. Time will tell. i plan on taking it out again later. Only other issue i have found is i really have to slam the mag home to get it to load right, i have put the mag in several times, rack it to put one in the chamber, a few seconds later i go to holster it the mag drops out and i find no round was chambered. (happened again a few seconds after i took this picture.) So here after all my rambling is a pic of my (soon to be striped) skunk. Ammo in the pic is 124gr Hornaday Z-Max ammo.
