Police Chief to revise suppressor form 4????

I just went to have my finger prints done and for the police chief to sign off of on my forms for my supressor. He told me he has to take it and revise it before he would sign off. should i be worried that he wont sign off of it? is there something I can do if he wont sign off? Kind of makes me a little bit edgey..... just looking for some help/info thanks so much guys..

did you mean to type that he is going to REVIEW it? He cannot REVISE anything.....
