    anybody else notice after he was hit and dropped the rifle he went back for the rifle? what an idiot, people like him need some serious help

    ^^ my guess the reason he went for the rifle is that was his way out, and was also one of the few things in his life he could control. probably a law abiding gun owner, not much unlike a lot of us here, before this incident. something finally snapped in his mind, and this is the end result. unfortunately, he has pretty much ruined his life, his family's lives. his kids get to grow up with a dad in jail. and we get to sit idly by while the anti gun people use this as a reason the rest of us should not have them.

    Well we know that HPD must not carry .40 S&W because those are MAN-KILLERS and if you're shot with one of those, you don't get back up...
