Police shoot man w/ rifle near Occupy Houston Protest

I wonder if the term "assault rifle" will ever go away... the law that defined it is no longer in effect... but either way this guy was plain stupid. People like this really make people fear the law abiding gun owner.

Cameraman is really lucky... you can see the cop on the ramp shooting across the man into the water in the general direction of the guy...

That's because he wanted to kill someone, not just hold a rifle for effect.

who spit in your bean curd this morning? it was just an observation, and im leaning more towards what the other guy said, and thinking he was wanting to just take himself out, if he wanted to hurt somebody besides himself he coulda shot the cameraman
