There is just something about a smith wheelgun with a little history. Congrats on a fine ppurchase. The grips look so good I bet he had goodyears on it for duty and then put the tragets back on when he turned it in. I love LEO's who turn in their wheelguns with the original grips! True gunmen they are.

    Congratulations

    You're gonna love that revolver.

I bought a Swiss Police Trade In

It is a Sig Sauer P226 in 9mm

It had a lot of slide wear (holster)

I sent it to CCR for a $79 slide job and I think it looks great now.

    And shoots straight & true.

I hope you like you're new revolver as much as I like my Police Trade in.

Nice looking Sig, many LEO trade ins are diamonds in the rough. If only theyt could talk. I have a NYPD (unmarked) G-19 my wife carries, MCSD (Marion County Sheriff) IMPD (INDY) G-22's, a G-17 MPDC (Wash DC), and G-22/27 DPD (Detroit PD).

Just missed a Hamilton County Sheriffs Dpt G-22 on ARMSLIST last week.
