Well, they sure don't seem to have that problem in Venezuela.

Not sure if that would be worse for the one labeled as "USA" or for the ones in Venezuela that tried to do so.

However:

Puzzle this out a sec:
Venezuela is a socialist economy.
In those economies, those at the "top" usually end up with a larger share of everything than everyone else.
The one on the left in that pic would be a drain on our economy.
"She" (don't want to assume gender now!) would probably be toxic in one way or another.
Result: if Venezuela tried to eat "her", it would probably poison them to do so.

Win/win. I'm not seeing a negative here.
