This item is overly broad and may compromise the overall health and safety of students, residents, staff, and faculty at the institution.”

    He's right, you would be requiring the acceptance of a student who could decline any and all vaccines, including MMR, Polio etc. I certainly have no qualms about outlawing forced vaccination with unapproved vaccines like mRNA vaccines but to require acceptance into a residential setting of someone who may not have taken any childhood vaccines is opening the door to disaster. Narrow the scope and try again

    Well, Chicago's new rule allows undocumented to attend their schools sans vaccines, but enforces it on citizens.
