What is sad is that the same sort of cowards who poisoned the police are the exact same clowns who will call them at the drop of a hat when they are threatened in the slightest way. I am quite off-put by the hypocrisy that is tolerated in modern society. I am more than comfortable with the idea of protecting myself in a society without police but i doubt they are.
