I reported 10 of his posts this a.m., something that is very rare for me. In 9 years I have only reported 2 other posts, including one directed at Dana Loesch.

I really have no interest in being the thought or word police, but this guy is so blatantly over the line I felt the need to report it. We'll see if twitter does anything about it.

You were right to report it...Your tweet was the first one I saw on my feed this morning and it's the first time I've ever seen you report one...I had to read it twice...Like Hough said, if twitter doesn't do anything I am sure the US Marshall's will have a talk with him.....

Dude was quiet from 2013 - to August 24. (Although, in 2013, he appears to have been a fan of The Voice.)

What's the over/under on how long before his account is alleged to have been hacked?

I doubt he will go that route. He seems to be pretty proud and defiant about what he is saying. He has been shouting at creepy porn lawyer Avanatti about a lawsuit against Twitter for "violating his first amendment rights."

Has anyone paged Mr Kut to the thread so he can share all the violent things those right wing conservatives do? Because every time we call out the left for being violent, he loves to say the right is just as violent. Here would be a great place for him to put his money where his mouth is.

    Wait.

I didn't realize it was a competition. [ETA: if we decide the thread is just for future acts of violence, I can assure you I'm not beholden to only present one side's violence.] :)

Have we decided to go back before today and forward?

If so, please let me know the time frame...

Indeed - I edited my post while you were posting.

If it is a 'whenever' thread, then: Manifest Destiny! :D

But, no, I'd prefer to do this prospectively. That is, to perhaps chart - anecdotally - any increase in political violence post-Kavanaugh. I think that would be the most useful.

Oh, by all means, share them regardless of the side.

I'm not saying the right is angelic. Just that they use violence as an answer much less often than the likes of Antifa, etc. We are seeing droves of leftists calling for assasinations and other violent acts, as well as committing them. I'm not seeing the same levels of violent rhetoric toward Pelosi, etc. I'm sure you can find them, but I am confident the numbers wont be as big.

We’re in a highly precarious position where the extremes on both sides want to ramp up the fighting in hopes for a death blow to the opponent. The further we go down this road the more we’ll look back at these as the good old days...

Not actual violence, but threatening enough to get arrested.

Florida Man Arrested After Threatening To Kill Democrats Who Vote No on Kavanaugh | Time

“It is all I think about night and day.,” he wrote. “I even wake up in the middle of the night, most nights, thinking about it. Ultimately I will be killed but hopefully I will have killed many many liberal elected in Washington.”

(Since we're a gun forum, dude apparently claimed to have a "suppressor" and "50 caliber hollow points" - both of which exist, of course - but I'm not sure a suppressed .50 BMG would still count as "silenced.")

Does it need to be actual violence? The "sticks and stones" type. People really getting hurt physically. Not the "words will never hurt me" kind?

Tony Katz was claiming tweets were actual violence this morning (or maybe it was yesterday). Unless you walk out into traffic while your nose is glued to your phone, I don't think a tweet has ever injured or killed anyone.

Have there been any notable protests since the confirmation of Justice Kav? I know there were a lot of folks shouting outside the Supreme Court the other day. Don't recall if it was anything more than a protest (not a riot). I guess there were a bunch of arrests. Does that count as "violent"? Or, just another day in DC?

I think the best example would be actual physical acts. That would weed out the blowhards.

And if we are looking backward, back through 2007 seems like a good place to start. That would allow all those violent rednecks that hated Obama and violently rioted and attacked the peaceful left get counted. You know, like that one riot where cars were burned and stores looted during the anti Obamacare protests.
