SPF---I bought 2 of these and only used these periodically a 2 (summers)years. They have set more than being used. 115 volt 12,000 btu cooling 1200 watts heating. Will work as a De-humidifier. I think I have remotes somewhere. Has all the hoses and window adapters. Digital display. 100.00 each or trade for .223-762x39-.22 or a nice bolt action .22. Thanks. Tim
