Kind of a crazy story.

What's also kind of funny/sad is that the prosecutor tried to use Mr. Davidsons collection of classic kung fu movies to say he was "violent" lol. Jury didn't buy it though.

Here is question that provides for higher levels of entertainment.

You get arrested for graffiti and the cops search your house and catalog you movie collection. Then, another law enforcer thinks that this will convict you before a judge and jury. How? Your house gets tossed if you are arrested for graffiti? Yikes. In this case, it was the wrong guy. SWAT calls this a wrong address.

You know I have to confess I missed/didnt think of that. How did they know about his movie collection and if they searched his house to find it under what grounds did they do so.

If they tossed this guys house and found king fu movies to use against him, you might want to make damn sure you have sufficient evidence on your side if ever involved in a self defense shooting.

Maybe they had a search warrant to look for spray cans, I doubt kung fu movies were on the warrant though.
