I powder coated a bunch of bullets recently and found that it is definitely a good alternative to lubing. I did a bunch of you tube research. fortunecookie45LC was helpful, but Elvis Ammo was the one that helped the most. It was really cool to watch him experiment. It made my experimenting a much less lengthy process. I had very little invested. My brother found a large toaster oven at a garage sale for $3. About 375 degrees for 15 minutes worked best for me. Sizing them was a breeze. I have shot quite a bit of the ammo with zero problems.
