Can anyone who shoots long range (300yds to beyond 1000yds) give me some tips/advice/examples of what they use for reloading powder? We've been using Reloader 19 for our loads for the 7MRM and we're getting almost a 90fps extreme spread when shooting at varying temps. We've found this to be very tough when trying to use a range card and attempt varying distances. I know there are a lot of differing opinions out there about powders, but does anyone know what the pro's use in the Palma Competitions, NRA long range shoots, benchrest or any other competitions? We would like to get the extreme spread down as low as possible so we can have better luck with our range card and shooting application.
Any helpful advice on the subject would be greatly appreciated! Thanks all and hope everyone survived the wind storm we had today without any fallen branches or worse!
