Anyone ever buy ammo thru precision cartridge in Hobart IND. Im lookin to buy a few thousand rds and a cop buddy told me about this place. 377.00 per thousand 185 jhp tax included .Good or bad ?????

Yep, I've bought from them several times and they are good people and no issues with their products.

Alot of people have good things to say about Precision Cartridge.

I don't.

I think it was just an isolated incident a few years back (about 10) cought the people on a bad day maybe, but they will never get a cent from me.

Have tried it only in 5.56 and 9mm. Was happy with both. Shoots well and looks great. I won't be hesitant to try other calibers in the future.

Other than that I've run 9mm and .223 without incident.

I have purchased about 800 rounds of 115 g 9mm from Precision Cartridge. No issues at all. I like it because it seems to be reliable, accurate, and cleaner burning than the WWB or American Eagle brands. Plus, it is manufactured right here in Indiana. If you visit their website you should be able to find a listing of the police and sheriff departments around the Midwest that are using it. 1500 is coming up in a week, if interested you can pick up some there.

I've ran thru 2,000+ rounds of 115gr 9mm from Precision Cartridge with not a single failure. Bought it thru Cwood on this very forum.

Now that I think about it, I should probably buy a few more thousand from him.

That's about the only ammo I use now days. I find it to be clean burning and consistent. I shoot PC ammo in 2 different weights of 9mm, .45, .38, .380 and .556.

I use their 9mm and 380 almost exclusively now. I like the way it burns and have had no problems with their product. I like the owner and love to sit and shoot the bull when I go to the shop.

I've shot 9mm and .380, never had any problems.. and it was cheap too! Anything to save a lil money when at the range
