Doing some 200 yard rimfire and was accosted by the locals. Couldn’t be bothered with our rimfire noises. I think they know when deer season is over.

Optic is the vortex Diamondback 4-16x44 FFP. I have really enjoyed it thus far. No major complaints, especially for the money.

    That’s ok.
The other day I was shooting my above suppressed .308 and a turkey walked out in the field.
I switched over to my steel target which is mounted at 300 the bird was feeding at 260ish
Shot somewhat over him and rang the steel.
He jerked his head up and decided to meander back into the woods.
    lol.
The target was louder then my rifle.

Tikka CTR 308 in a Grayboe stock, PST Gen1 6-24 FFP, Magpul bipod, Short Action Precision 2 round holder, EC Tuner Brake. I did a rattle can job on the gun because that's what I prefer. Using factory Fed GMM 175gr, Winchester/Lake City M118 175gr and my 175gr handloads this rifle shoots very well. Tends to hover between 1/2" and 3/4" but I haven't really gotten the handloads dialed in yet either. I'm probably going to get a dedicated direct thread can for this rifle now that the wait times are way down.
