IMO, they just rehash the same old topics over and over.
The time spent on a forum is better spent doing something productive.

AR15.com has a survival board in their outdoors tab. It is nice in that it is more about practical prepping/survival and very very little tinfoil/paranoia/agenda drama.

Nope, no double standard... look at your stats and look at mine.
The question was what "other" forums do we use.
I live in Indiana and know some the folks that post on INGO so I check in here once in awhile to look at, or use, the classifieds section.

I have spent a little time looking at survalistsboards. A lot of homesteaders and far out folks there. Some ideas that I am interested in however you have to dig though a lot of posts. I will check out the AR15 site mentioned here.

You are correct and the problem has been people get the 50 posts and start selling items almost like dealers and that's not what INGO was suppose to be about.
I wondered about this due to the short comments. I see that it looks like you plan on hanging around and may just not like to type.
My apologies to you for jumping to conclusions and welcome. Not everybody here is as cynical as I am
