That's horrible!
Apparently the car looked brand new from the outside but the internal components like the direction system or the front shock absorbers were probably damaged from the previous crash and a series of roll-overs.
So with another car maybe Diana would not have crashed, and if she did she might have survived.
The first owner had his car stolen and the police later found it crashed on the side of the road.
The insurance company declared the car was damaged beyond repair and had to be destroyed, and refunded the owner.
Then a few years later the same car reapeared for sale at a local Mercedes dealership where the hotel bought it used.
They said the people that fixed it probably made a lot of money from the sale.
