Nice and objectively done testing. The moral of the story, there`s no "perfect" knife, so sort out which attributes are most import to you and buy accordingly.

I've been carrying S&W knives at work for years. Sharp out of the package, says decently sharp cutting nasty dirty cardboard and stripping wire, even hold up to prying abuse. Once they dull, pass them under a fine grinder and carry on... dispose of when broken or ground down, and buy another.

I will be looking into some of these others for off-work carry to go along with my Kershaw Leek.

I have an opinel #8 in carbon steel that although it didn't do well in this test is still my favorite around the house/garden knife. It's lightweight and sharpens easily.
It's a great knife for light work.

Honestly despite it being a bit odd in some testing aspects (like the opening test) I really like how scientifically this guy approaches the tests. Very easily repeatable and all the knives essentially are treated exactly the same. Vey well done video.
