Propane Recertification Near Hamilton County

Does anyone know a place that will re-certify 40lb LP tanks?

Needs to be close to Hamilton County, don't want to drive too far.

I had one done 5 years ago at AmeriGas in Kokomo, but now when I call them I get a call center in another part of the world.

call Indiana Oxygen on Hague Rd in fishers. I have had other welding tanks recertified there and know they do some with Propane so might be worth a shot.

Try Airgas in Kokomo (457-8587) or Linde welding in Kokomo (459-0541). If they don't do it, they probably know who does.

Airgas is the one by the old BigR store, correct?
I think that's where I originally purchased the tanks, before it was Airgas. I didn't even recall that until just now...does that mean I'm getting old?
