I got this as a stripped lower and intended to build it out. Haven’t gotten around to finishing, it’s a complete lower built with an EPT parts kit minus a buttstock. Low serial # (3 digits). This is like new (unfired) with the exception of one small nick near the end plate. FTF within a reasonable distance of Indy. $225
