Public Protester Allegedly Arrested in Columbus, IN

I don't know who or what he was protesting. I did not stop to talk to him but saw him as I drove by on my way to meet a friend for dinner tonight.

According to Facebook, he was arrested by police shortly after I saw him. His name is Justin James.

I have no idea what this has to do with Ron Paul.
