Public Shooting Range in Shelbyville,IN

I am looking for anyone interested in petitioning the city of Shelbyville or the County of Shelby to build a Public Shooting Range for use by the Public and administrated by Shelbyville Parks and Rcereation

for $25 a year you can join the FOP . Its on the edge of town , not a bad deal . Includes a fishing hole too.

I am a member, but have been told that I cant shoot my AR 15 there, because of they don't allow "high powered" fire arms there. only Shotguns and Pistols are allowed.
