    Greetings All -

on Thursday, 10/27 I see an Indiana Single Stack shoot scheduled for Atlanta.

For this in the know, couple questions:

    1) Is it open to non-members?
    2) Does this follow the USPSA rules of engagement?
    3) Finally, any advice of what to expect for first time shooters?

    Thanks in advance.

This match is Single Stack/production/revolver match. You do not have to be a member of ACC, but for this match you have to be a member of USPSA. The match is 10/29 and 10/30.

Today was the normal club match

Unless I am mistaken the 27th might be set up for the USPSA S/S State Match.
Shooting. Friday the 28th is set up and 29th is staff + competitors, 30th competitors.

Its a level 2 so you have to be a USPSA member and not a ACC member to shoot. Wouldn't be the best match to be your 1st match. Today would have been better.

There a big thread on this match.

ok, thanks for the clarification. Just trying to understand schedules / the alphabet-soup:

    So, if I understand correctly:
    1) Single Stack is an event for USPSA?
    2) On the Atlanta schedule is says Indiana Single Stack on 10/27 & 28 - these are actually setup days and not events.

VERY bummed I missed today. Must have misread the schedule.

    Thanks for the input.

Single Stack is a division in USPA. This match has 3 divisions with production and revolver being the others. You compete within your division. Within divisions, there are classes, grandmaster, master, a, b, c, d and (u)nclassified. Plaques are awarded based on overall finish as well as overall in class. That should make it as clear as mud.

Other matches include limited, limited 10, and open
