    Site says beer only keeps 4-6 months... I have proven that wrong on many occasion. I guess maybe they are a bit conservative. That or I need to drink more... umm, wait, never mind.

    They also put a one year date on vac packed coffee. I am back in with them now.

    Most commercial beers start to turn to crap after 6 months (imo they are already crap but I am a beer ass) but stuff like IPAs, old ales, barleywines, etc after a year or two can become awesome.

    Also, a lot depends on how it was stored. Like wine good beer is happy in a cooler dark area.
