    The last two years my brother has experienced substantial crop losses in one small area of one particular field. He lost over an acre of corn (150 bushell X $6 = $900+ per year).

    It is too late to "prevent" that loss for this year, but do you think that he could call the CO out this year to document the evidence for depredation permits next year?

    How many "shooters" can be listed on a depredation permit?

    I don't know about how many shooters can be listed, but I think a deer biologist has to make the call on the dep. permits. Call the IDNR to find out. f you were closer to me I would come help out.
