Wow. Today was a challenge but I made it through with out any nicotine! A few really bad cravings that didn't help when I really needed extra paitence with my family. I do much better when im alone. Any. Tips??

I quit 5 Years ago ...If I can do it (after 25 yrs ,2packs of camels a day )

He's right. You can always walk if you don't have a workout routine. I like to walk the trail in the morning then walk the dog at night. It helps take the edge off of everyday life.
