I have the exact one that i got through joe bob outfitters for $179.99 about a year ago. Mine has run great so far, but have only fired about 200 rounds thru to this point.
I've been looking at their 6.5 Grendel upper for about a year without pulling the trigger. Reviews sure are varied. Couple scathing threads on 6.5grendel.com but overall the reviews seem positive especially given the price.
I have a 16" 556 radical upper. Runs perfect on two different lowers. One of the allen screws on the quad rail came buggered up other than that it looks great.
I have the radical 16" upper in 300bo. not one complaint, found mine at Cheaper than Dirt for $209. It shoots everything I've put in it and does it well. It is a little heavier than other uppers I've handled.
A lot of smack talk on a 300BLK Facebook group I'm in about Radical. Lots of people say they are junk, can't hit the broad side of a barn, customer service is crap, yadda yadda.
That being said, I have an 8" upper that has run flawlessly and shoots my reloads with plenty of accuracy for my purpose. I have been very pleased with mine.
I have a 16" upper from Radical and I love that thing. I shoot my 300 BLK upper more than I shoot my 5.56 upper. No complaints from this end. I have done nothing but recommend their uppers to anyone I talk to. Very reasonable price and they run as good as any other.
I have 2 Radical's; 1 10.5" 5.56 that is unfired and 1 16" 7.62x39 that shot a 1" group at 100 using Hornady Black ammo. As of now I have no complaints.
I have their 10.5” 300 Blackout upper. Seems well made and I can easily shoot nice groupings with it. The handguard is nice for what it is, but not my cup is tea. I seem to prefer polymer handguards over metal.
I just saw this thread pop up. I cannot comment as to their upper, however I have a friend who purchased one of their barrels (very cheap and a 10.5" I believe) and it was fantastic. I was very very impressed by it, even more so when looking at the cost.
