My second stamp finally arrived and I got my new Thompson Machine KFO-IS Integrally Suppressed .22 Short Barreled Rifle out to MCF&G today. Here are two short YouTube videos.

The second is interesting because my wife has NEVER enjoyed shooting a long gun - she likes this one.

That was way cool... How far away were you shooting? I get super sonic cracks from my 5.5" barrel and a Huntertown can if I go much distance.

Just curious. Sounded great either way.

Interesting way of mounting the steel. I'm a member of MCF&G and have been racking my brain to come up with a portable way to hang steel. If your method is regulation (I hope so!) then I'm adopting it!

And oh yea - nice rifle! ;)

    Thanks for the videos Mike!

The trick to telling how quiet something is on video is to listen to the hammer drop after it is empty. Your wife's dry fire sounded darn near louder then the gun!!

This is my second year of doing it that way with no drama. The other method I have seen is a beam clamp and a piece of conveyor belt rubber. Since the chain "waggles" I see it as extra insurance against a line-drive ricochet
