Ranger Custom Firearms

Anyone familiar with Ranger Firearms in Columbus? Stumbled the store today but was closed so didnt get the opportunity to scope it.

The store is owned by a CPD officer, and I believe a part-time guy that worked at J&J's works there some. Not sure of the hours, maybe later in the week they are opened.

That would make sense as to why he doesn't have set hours, guess ill try again some other time.

Finally caught them open yesterday. Talked to an older gentleman, bought a bore snake. Not a lot of inventory but they are new so we shall see. Im sure I will stop by again.

As someone mentioned, very random hours. They do have a website that lists the business hours. Only been there once. They had a SW model 59 earlier this year I wanted to get, he sold it the day before I got paid. Oh well.

I just wanted to let everybody know this is a great shop to deal with. I purchased a firearm that they had listed on Gunbroker and was able to do the transaction face to face at their shop. Great guys to deal with and very good pricing.

Hours posted on their website. The guy has a full time job for now at least. They are adding to inventory lately as well. Great people to deal with and good prices.
