    WOW! I'm sure the cop will be found in the right, even though he didn't ID himself at first. I would have more than pushed him if he was assulting my pregnant wife. It's sad to see one give a bad image for all. I hope the couple comes out of this with a nice college fund for that unborn child.

    First of all IANAL!!! This is not legal advice, just my opinion.

    IN INDIANA:
    If a man pulled a gun on a pregnant woman in the Walmart line after giving her crap about going faster......without IDing himself as a LEO, I believe using deadly force against him to prevent bodily injury to the woman or her husband would be justified.

    Had he identified himself before pulling a gun, you'd be in deep crap.
