Probably. It's been overdue for awhile. Complaining about it certainly hasn't helped things.

It's actually warmer for me to walk around in the snow and wind than it is for me to sit in my car. Ridiculous. Never buy rice burners. They suck.

Pray it's something other than the heater core; those are specifically designed not to be replaceable. Ford uses their engineering team that's dedicated to making at least one fastener on each part inaccessible, to making the heater core unreplaceable when they have some spare time. First class counterergonomic engineers, those.

Is there heat in the tow truck?

If so, I'd rather do that. I have no heat and no way to warm myself up for 4-6 hour shifts.
