Reason to buy

I walked on in on a $509.00 XDs late last year.
Didn't think I would find one cheaper........... So I bought it.

Just did this yesterday. I buy 2 kinds of guns: "Keepers" for my collection and "Turners" that I sell to help finance college for my son. Due to the high prices as of late, I've been selling more than buying and the good buys have been few and far between. Yesterday, I walked into a gun shop I had never been in and found two shotguns for about half of the online selling price. Needless to say they were in the trunk of my car in less than 20 minutes. Had 'em on line last night. If all goes well the proceeds/profits should help with the tuition payments to that school in West Lafayette.

I've done it it twice now with no regrets, the only thing I will not do at this time is buy a gun in a caliber I don't presently own, I can barely find ammo for what I have now.
