Recent job upgrade to the Chicago area ... but didn't want live in Illinois ... so now in NWI

Interested in getting into Target Shooting so would appreciate info on local groups / events / equipment

I'm from Virginia and had the same situation, brother. I live a little closer to the IL border, but I didn't want to live over there.

Target shooting? I'm sure it's somewhere, but I've not seen it. There is IDPA in Michigan City, though I've never been. There is a good bunch of people up here, but going into the winter, I don't know about too many shooting activities.
