I need a realtor in the Mooresville area. Any one know of one or can recommend one?

I have a nice house with a pond surrounded 365 degrees of woods , deer , turkey, mushrooms, berries, great neighbors 5 acers with access to powerlines to the north to ride on.

I would call Dale Hammond with Carpenter reality in Fishers, that is who we used to buy and sell our house, if he doesn't service that area he will know who is best for you.


He was 100% A1, busted his butt for us!!!

I used Claire-Anne Aikman in the past. She sold a rental in record time when other realtors had failed me.
She deals mostly with west/southwest indianapolis area, and looks to have sold a few properties in mooresville.

FSBO. We bought our current house from a "By Owner". Not a difficult process, we got a hell of a deal and saved a buttload of money. Of course being the seller vs being the buyer changes things, having to deal with buyers of unknown abilities, morals etc will be a huge pita!
