Time to get back to playing in the garage. It does seem a little cooler though.

I drove down to the lake front to see if our piers and boats would go flying by. Luckily they didnt. They will be floating by when all the runoff gets to the lake.

My mom says I got the "lets be stupid weather gene" from my grandpa. When bad weather approaches, run outside and watch. Thats me and that was grandpa too.

We have no basement so I just sit tight in my chair and let it all pass by.......hopefully.

Power was out for awhile. Loved it because the sun was shining and there was no wind. Took probably 2 1/2 hours for the power to come back on.

i fell asleep at about lap 120, and missed the end of the race and the storm all together. had numerous calls from friends wanting me to bring out the chain saw and help people with downed trees.
