Refrigerator repair biz suggestions

Have an 11 month old GE. Fresh food section started at 33 degress but now holds 40. Costco purchase. Under warranty, but the appliance repair company gets poor ratings on Yelp. Hvae defrosted it and run diagnostic. No change and no faults.
Thinkin about having a BBB rated company look at it and just pay out of pocket.
GE website states anything under 45 degrees is fine
Any recomended repair companies near Indy south ?

I thought the refrigerator shouldn't go above 40 and the freezer shouldn't go above 0.

3 months is the return window at Costco. The repair goes through GE and the vendor has a terrible rating on Yelp. 2.5 starts with most stating they only gave them a 1 star so they could comment. Repairman broke more than they fixed.
Court record search on repairman showed drug arrests and miscellaneoues driving without license. Repair warranty not so good if the required company is flakey.

The things you learn about business policies today. Took 3 attempts to get a working fridge.

Glad I kept the 32 year old fridge in the garage
