Starbucks and over priced coffee, LOL. Sorry, could not help it. Never been and will never go.

Starbucks coffee is the same price as DD.

I wonder if all the people saying it's more expensive have ever even been in a Starbucks. You can also get free refills on coffee if you drink it there.

You are only paying $4-$6 if you buy a specialty drink.

Whether the op ever goes back into a Starbucks or not, he needs to report and continue to follow up with corporate about what happened.

Personally I have a reusable insert for my kuerig and make my own morning coffee. I only have to suffer with store bought coffee in the afternoons /evenings when I need something to get me home.

That said my house hold has went from 8~ Starbucks drinks a week to about 2 since the policy change. If there were any decent alternatives near me it would be zero.

No mcnasties and DD aren't acceptable alternatives IMO. I NEVER set foot in a mcnasties and DD is a last resort only.

That is one brave/lucky felon. Between the amount of cops that frequent those establishments, and now the disgruntled (former) Starbucks customers/gun owners, you are really taking your chances on robbing a DD.
