I'd like to just say that I'm shooting.... can's !!:): I want to be able to take clean shots any where from 200 + yards. Right now I'm having trouble finding a place to set up and make those shots. If I may ask, what are you shooting at that distance ( ie rifle and load ) ?

Southern Indiana Rifle and Pistol club. The range is located just south of Borden IN on 60. Great club. takes 2 months to join, so go through the process now to get ready for summer. I shoot a rem 700 with 170 grain 308.

I have always thought that anything with NCstar on it felt cheap, so I would probably not go that way, especially with the price of the Caldwell bipods.

He called me, cause he is using the NcSTAR bi-pod (cost him $31)on his McMILLAN 50 BMG & I'm using a ALLIED PRECISION ARMS on my McMILLAN 50 BMG that cost $200. He said it's very strong & can handle the weight of a 50
