Remington 7400 price

A buddy a work is hard up for cash and he's wanting to sell me a Remington 7400 w/ leupold vx-1 3x9x40. And he's willing to throw in 100 rounds of .30-06 too. It's the 23" barrel (i think I measured correctly). Wood stock. I'd rate it at a 90-95%. What are your thoughts on price
