Rifleman Opportunity Card question

So I got a ROC at the Appleseed I went to last month. I happened to see on the appleseed website that the card is supposed to be signed by the shoot boss to validate it. Unfortunately, mine was never signed. Is this going to be a problem if I try to use it for a later event? I was hoping to make it to one next month.

And if it does absolutely need to be signed, is there any way someone can do it at the 1500 next week? I'm assuming appleseed will have a table there.
