I'm curious what I can do if I bear down and take my time.

Here's a couple groups I shot yesterday at 25 yards with a Marlin 795, standing, sling support only, Federal bulk pack. 10 shots in top grouping, 4 in the bottom. Nothing special, just popping off some shots at rifleman's cadence after submitting to the online pistol match thread, but I doubt I could've routinely shot standing groups this tight prior to going to an Appleseed.

Very nice Rockhopper! I need to find the time myself to try an appleseed event.

I shot this about 2 weeks ago using the Mossberg plinkster 802. At 50yrds, from bench using RWS 40gr ammo. The group closest to the red center is 10 shots, i love this ammo, Just wish it wasnt so expensive:(

Hey Vette what do think about the new Crossfire line? Any better than the old line or just repackaged?

I have not gotten hands on experiance with them yet. I plan to do some pretty intense tests to see what they will do and wont. I will keep ingo posted. I dont think they are avaible to dealers yet. i know i could have grabbed some samples at shot show but i didn't go.

I plan to give them some time to catch up after shot and then get some samples down here. including their new range finder. im dieing to try that out because mine just dont cut the mustard.
